Are the artisans ID verified?
- Yes.
- We verify every artisan’s national identification card from the state to check if it’s valid.
- We check his/her track record of jobs done.
- We do a personal survey from their previous clients.
- We do an extensive scrutiny before an Artisan is being approved on our platform.
Can clients pay artisan directly?
- No!
- For your safety, all payments are made through the CraftMan platform.
- Clients pay in advance after an agreement is made between the artisan and the client.
- Important: The CraftMan will not be able to assist if you pay an artisan outside the platform.
- If you are asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it to our Customer Service immediately.
Is my personal information safe?

Do I get a refund if client is not satisfied?
- At the CraftMan, we monitor every single job being done by our noble artisans.
- It is very important to report to us any problems you face during the process of work..
- For us to be fair to both sides, we will issue a full or partial refund after a decision is made based on our reviews..
How do we charge clients?
- When you find an artisan you want to work with, call 📞 or message us …
- Describe exactly what you want the artisan to do.
- We then connect the two together…
- Every amount you guys agree on is what you pay….
- Our clients don’t pay any extra fees to us…
